It may not be possible to remove every mark from your dress and as a reputable company, we would not make a claim that we could.
Further, if your dress has beads and/or sequins, we have to rely on the quality of the manufacturer.
Beaded and heavily embroidered dresses may snag during the cleaning process. Whilst every care is taken, this is a problem inherent in this type of dress and is sometimes unavoidable.
However in all cases, we assure you that we will always do our utmost to achieve the best possible results for your satisfaction.
