Included in the cost of cleaning your dress is a collection and delivery service using our own vans and courteous, professional drivers.
Collection
We will arrange for the dress to be collected on the agreed date and time between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m.
Delivery
Your cleaned dress will be returned on the arranged date at the agreed time between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Our usual processing time is 3 weeks. However, if your request is urgent please specify at the time of order.
